I don't know who may need to hear this, but stop hating yourself for everything you aren't and start loving yourself for everything you are. I personally had to make the conscious effort to stop pointing out the things that I didn't like about myself. Instead, I started to show complete gratitude towards my life and speak positive thoughts about myself. It's not always easy, and some moments I fail at it, but that shift in mentality makes a huge difference in my happiness and well being. Remember that your mind will always believe what you tell it. So feed it with love! 💜
